Generation of beeps on incoming call

I need to generate beeps on incoming calls for CCD agents. These beeps must be heard by the caller and the agent due to the fact that we are recording these calls. We have a 3rd party voice recorder that generates beeps but these beeps are supressed by Alcatel voice boxes which extract voice from UA. Any ideas or help.

What CCD are you using ?
From what I know, agents can be only on one call at the time ..

For what reason?
If it's to notify the agent that there's a call waiting why not use the LED on the phone? Or a wallboard...

Beeps are not generated to indicate a waiting call nor a second call. They are generated to inform the caller and the agent that the call is being recorded. The other beeps generated can be used when the supervisor does a "listen-in" on a call.

There is an option in the phone facilities class of service called beep on external call. Check it out to see if it will work for you.
