A Schedule Conference not record the conference

Hi All,
I need your help for some tips on the following problem
We created a Schedule Conference with specifics access codes for leader and participants, this conference is daily at 7 am; all the conference option remain default, only check “all participants start in mute” and “not allow unmute for participants”.
Initially all work fine, conferences have no problem and are recorded by the record button in the windows conference.
But a few days (about 10) we can’t record the conference any more, when click the button “record” pop up a windows with the advice “This conference can’t be recorded”. We try record by DTMF too, and also fail, does not record or announce error message, simply does nothing.
By other hand, there are other schedule conference created and no have problem when recording; also we did make a call between two users, and can record the call with the button and DTMF's without problem.
As we need the same access codes (customer request), delete the "bad" conference and is create again, the problem was solved … temporaly, because a few days we have the problem again.
Any idea what could be happening?
I see nothing in the logs, where I can find more information that can help me?
