ARS scheduler issue

Hi!
I have configured my OXE (R10.1.1) with ARS scheduling to route calls to different numbers based on time of day. Between business hours (8am - 6pm) it should go to destination A and outside of these hours, it goes to destination B.
For some reason the switchover to destination B is happening before 6pm and I do not know the reason why.
I have configured the following time slices
- time slice 0 - time-based route list 2
- time slice 8 - time-based route list 1
- time slice 18 - time-based route list 2
Time-based route list 1 points to destination A and route-list 2 points to destination B.
If have checked the NTP settings and the linux clock to make sure that I have the correct reference time. The system "location/region" is set to Europe/Istanbul.
Now my questions:
1. Can I somehow monitor and see how and when the cutover takes place to the other destination?
2. Is there some hidden "daylight saving setting" which could be causing the issue?
Thanks in advance,
Scott
