Remote Telnet via WAN problem

Hi,
I have problem with OXE as below :
- i telnet to remote OXE (Common H/W) via WAN. After login i type swinst, choose expert, then to backup mao. But when the backup just running then the telnet console like no activity. So i have to close telnet console. This was happening every time access to OXE, even after type mgr same problem happening. Beside that, the cdr on the fly via Ethernet also can not capture/received on third party external billing system. But if i was doing via local Network/LAN it doesn't happening, everything ok. Can someone advise me what caused this? Tks.
