GD3 and CS2 start reeboot, after deleting all shelf

Hello all,

I have R10 system with CS2 and GD3 , it was working fine, but i tried to delete all shelves and recreate, and now the CS and GD stop communicating after reboot.
GD can not download from CS, Could you please help ,

When you recreate shelf with GD-3 - MAC address for GD-3 was declared (shelf/board-GD-3/Etherenet parameters) or not?
