How many years experience?

Hello, I would like to know how
many years you are working
with Alcatel 4400 and Alcatel
OmniPCX Enterprise as technical
staff not end user.
(Not OXO or other PCX systems)

Let's start:
-Apprentice from 1992 to 1996
-Technician from 1996 up to now

10 Years with 4400 and later OXE.

7.5 years 4400 as Technician. Installing systems
Previous Knowledge of Alcatel system = 0
Previous systems = Telrad / SDX - InDEX/ Panasonic / Toshiba /
Total Telecoms years = since 1988

Since 2004 on OXE so i still consider myself apprentice and i think i'll still be for a long time since any things keep coming.

I am like cavagnaro: 25 years old. About 2 years with Alcatel and no other PBX experience. You people are like books and thats why I like this forum, you know a lot. Regards.

Well not pbx experience previously but came from IP world and VoIP installations and solutions. So entering to digital world was cool. I also like to focus on applications, the wonders i can do with this babys, Genesys and OTUC are my favorite toys.
In 2 years i have achieved a lot of Genesys experience (training, researching and destroying hehe)

Wow, you guys are OLD! I've been doing this for almost 7 years.

I'm 25, 26 in August. Been working on the 4400 since about 2003, and the OXE since its release. I have experience with many other systems, Nortel, Cisco, 3Com, Lucent, Vodavi, ESI and one of the best switches ever built, ROLM.

27 years old.
2.5 years experience on Alcatel PBXs from which: 1 year only on OXO, 1.5 years both OXO and OXE (working on non upgraded Ux versions - 4400, too). No other previous experience with other PBXs.

Me 43 years old. I'm one of the biggest specialist - 2 m tall and 120 kg
Work with Alcatel PBX from 1996 (4100, 4200, 4300, 4400 ...) - release 1.4 included.

Today, I am only OXO specialist. But with Alcatel Pbx since 1994 (4100,4200, 4300(network 12 nodes), 4400 rel. 1.4 and 2.1 only). I am 43 years old. In Telekom since 1986 - coordinate public exchange.

Hi, i'm 44 yearss and 24 years work on PBX. i've worked 8 years on electromechanical PBX like Telenorma, siemens, gte....
I've seen the transition to electronics PBX. Now i work on 4400-OXE, Philips is3000 and 2000 IPS, Nortel meridian 1, cisco callmanager and other.

this is a dirty job but someone must make it.
