Remote Shelf problem in Common Hardware ... it's about trunk

Hi all,
I have recently installed OXE R7.1 common hardware with four shelves. One is the main shelf, and two are connected with it via MEX boards. Operations are all fine with these shelves. But problem occurs in the user extensions which are created on the fourth shelf. In fact, this shelf is connected with the main via IP only i.e. this shelf contains a GD board at zero position and an ethernet link from this GD connects this shelf to the main shelf. All internal communication is OK on this fourth shelf as well. But when a user of this shelf seizes a trunk group, then he/she faces wrong dialing problem on outgoing i.e. wrong number is dialled most of the time (Ratio of wrong and right dialling is 90:10). Multiple echoes of DTMF dialling are heard against one digit press on the phone. It seems I dial a digit once, but it is dialled twice or thrice by the system. Any idea ?? Also note that this problem is not faced when we use the Direct Trunk Seizure method. Isn't it interesting ??
All the trunk boards are on the second and third shelves (All are analog trunks in the system). The problematic shelf i.e. fourth shelf only has analog extension boards (SLI-16).
