agent report per service/segment

Hi,
Is it me or am I right in saying that we cannot run this report on GCE? It is available in CCS with CCD Standard.
Basically, customer has an agent who takes calls from 2 services. They want to run a report that will show how many calls were answered by the agent from each Service.
