sip trunk between ICS and OXE not up

Hello All,

Please note that I am interconnecting an OXE Rls 10.1 with ICS Rls 6.7 .
I will be using the ICS as an external Voice mail for the OXE and also as a Fax server.

The problem is that the sip connectivity between them is not working.

I have followed the documentation but still could not make the SIP trunk work.

The "sipregiste"r command on OXE shows no registration.

Can anybody help?

Thanks
Danand

Thanks

Can you please show us you config of your Trunk group and also you internal and external SIP gateways?

If you have remote access i can have a look and fix for you if you like for a price.

Try to use different SIP ports. 5060 is for the ICS in external SIP gateway and fax server config you need a other one maybe 5360 like it is in mother documentation. Have you create a external Voice mail number?

Yes, I have created the external voice mail number and it looks fine.

The sipregister on the OXE shows me that the voice mail number is registered.

When I make a call to the voice mails number , the OXE tells me that the link is out of service.

I checked the ICS on Reporting-Monitoring-status ,I can see that it is down.

I don't know how to fix it and I think that this is where the problem is.

Can you help me on this.

Rgds

Have you correct your SIP Ports. It is not possible to use port 5060 for Voicemail and Fax in the same server

You even have some training? A successful deployment is not just next next next...if you even can't collect basic logs then how are we supposed to help?
