Configure IP Touch 4028 with Vox Novo

Hello,
I have a question about configuring an Alcatel IP Touch 4028 phone with our Vox Novo.
Our office only has IP Touch 4028 phones which are all working correctly with our own Vox Novo PBX. Some of these phones got broken over the years so they got replaced last week with new IP Touch 4028 phones. However, when I plug an ethernet cable in it which goes to the PBX, the screen on the phone says: "No tftp response" when it is trying to download its config.
My knowledge about Vox Novo is very limited so I hope someone can explain to me where and how I have to configure these new phones in order to get them working. I do not know any of the technical Vox Novo terms so if anyone can provide me with a step by step guide that would be very helpful. To administer the PBX, we use OmniPCX tool (where you can edit subscribers, huntergroups etc.).
At our office, we only use 1 subnet for all our traffic, so there is no separated VLAN for data and phone traffic. Our subnet is: 10.0.0.0/24. The Vox Novo PBX is at 10.0.0.248
