PROBLEM EXTERNAL DIVERSION With AA

Hello, i need your help.
I have an OXO release 6.1
I have configured the automatic operator. When receiving a call, the person hears the options menu and select the desired option or dials the extension number that you want to communicate. If the extension that was selected is configured with an external detour to a cell. the deviation occurs but the caller continues to hear the ringing tone while the person who answers only hear a vacuum.
tengo configurada la operadora automatica. Cuando se recibe una llamada, la persona escucha las opciones del menu y selecciona la opcion deseada o marca el numero de extension con el que desea comunicarse. Si la extension que fue seleccionada tiene configurado un desvio externo a un celular. el desvio ocurre pero el llamante sigue escuchando el tono de repique mientras la persona que contesta solo escucha un vacio.
