Firmware description - K2diag.img

Hi,

On my 6850 switches, I have the k2diag.img (Alcatel Diagnostichs Archive) installed, but the new 6850E is not coming with it. My client is asking why. Is there any reason? Where can I find a description of the firmware?

You don't need that image, it is used for internal testing by ALU ...

Feel free to remove that from working and certified.

Hi,

After I deleted k2diag.img from working and certified

I ran "write memory", then "copy working certified flash-synchro"

Error:

switch# copy working certified flash-synchro
CERTIFY process failed
ERROR: Attempt to copy working to cert w/flash synchr failed
CVM response to CSM CERTIFY process failed

Please assist.
