Delete MAC-Address in mgr or 4760 and delete parameters configured in phone-menu.

Ok, I am just learning the mgr, so what menu item do I choose to get to delete the mac address?

So get better support (but usually what you pay is what you get).

mgr-->users-->go down..-->tsc ip user -->fill dir number --> ctrl-v
