Change Prefix Standard

Hi
I upload the voice guide in to the Media Gateway
My Prefix Plan use 4 and 5 in the first
I want change it t0 * and # and i want assign voice guide to this
means instead of say press 41 to cancel forward , say press *1 to cancel forward

You are using generic (predefined) voice guides. Easiest way is to change the prefix plan not the voice guide. Add 41 as cancel forwarding.

yes its correct but i want to change voice speaking
for example instead of say 41 the voice guide say *1

If you have ALL prefix in default plan 44/74/*4 - you can manage VG (check Technical communication folder on VG disk - if you have this CD).
If you have prefixes in random way - some with *, another with # and different from default - you need to create VG project (write wav files with VG what you want, create project with Alcatel Audio Station SW).
