Abbreviated Number- beyond ascii table

When I open some Abbreviated Numbers by Range I receive information that some characters are beyond ascii table.
I have checked them all and in my opinion they seem to be correct. What is more finally I moved them from Directory name and Director First Name to UTF-8 Directory Name and to UTF-8 Directory First Name.
Without any success.

Can you post what is correct for you? UTF is more complete than ASCII
