Hi,

I have an OmniPCX Record 2.1.17.0 installed with 60 Softphone extensions being recorded.

I have many problems of calls not recorded.

Looking at the logs, i saw that there are tons of messages like this:

2013-06-27 10:44:37,490 - [Receive] MisPlaced RTP Packet Arrieved For [09974011:2083:2082] at:2083 LastSeq:13698 NewSeq:42088 LastTimeStamp:477939520 NewTimeStamp:477939520

Every day. Does anyone know how to solve it and if it has something related to the missing calls?

I think this is not the latest version of omnipcx record, tried to upgrade?

Yes it's IP DRlink.

I tried to upgrade, this is a very old problem, i upgraded some times, i know there is one more update, i'll do but it never worked before.

I upgraded to latest version and the problem continues.

If anyone has any tips to help solve, i would appreciate.
