Login Problem

Dear All,

We have installed a Onivista 4760 5.2, till last week everything was working fine.

All of a sudden we were not able to login.

I tried even resetting the password with toolomnivista, but after entering the cn-directory manager password the window automatically closes.

Have anyone faced this problem.

Please give a solution on this regard.

while login what type of error u r getting ?

Ldap server is down or its db corrupted,
Open logs file like nmc service manager
You may need to reinstall all 4760 and reload backup

I had similar problem cause i did not disable password aging. I returned my pc date to past and i was able to login .

did you had password aging?
