Multi Tenancy - 2 Sip Trunks

Hi

I 'am having a problem on a customers OXO the have two differen 2 sip trunks for the two companies, but i can't seem to get them to dial out on there own sip trunks. i have tried with the link categories but still only having the one trunk being used to dial out , incoming is fine just outgoing .

p.s OXO software is on 8.1

Have you verified user and password that you are using to authenticate the SIP account? Are you using registrar? Have you verified if your account is registered?
If all ok, verify with the voip provider if you have permission to use 2 channels.

Sorry i meant to say it is two sepersate sip accounts and show up as two seperate lines in gateway parameters

Let me understand, you have one OXO that provide communication for two different companies and each company has it own SIP account. But, you have observed that only one account is being used to make calls. Am I correct?
