Casual conference not working

Hi

New to the fourm with a strange problem.
We have a OXE rel 8.01 and need to activate the casual conference. I followed the procedure from doc and tried to access the casual conference from 4035 set during three party conference but the addon key is not shown in the display. I tried by pressing 3 during three party conference but all it does is release one of the sets.
Anyone can help with this?

Do you have meet me conference license?
Modularity of the meet me conference configured is also important (crystal or common hardware? ---> note that for GPA only 4x7 modularity enables add-on). Check also phone feature cos to give right for casual conference (dyn key will appear after).

Is common hardware and it is configured 4x7. I did not know that casual conference needed meet me conference license! When i configure in actis for casual conference it only adds DSP!

Yes, I think you are right. However you should have loaded the new license Paramao 52 value is added:

52 Maximum simultaneous casual conferences : 0

Go to /usr3/mao
run: cfgUpdate

Modify value, reboot/bascul (you must do the same on st-by if you have redundancy)

After changing value 52 the add on key is there for casual conference. Thanks a lot.

I'm still facing similar problem with mastered conference though. The individual insertion key is not showing when i dial manual add on conference prefix but the conference is going straight to automatic and all users of list are called. I want to be able to add and remove participants during conference
Please let me know if you can help me with this issue as well or it is better to open another case.
