How to find career in Alcatel .. Data and Voice.

Dear all,

its me Musthafa Habeeb , currently from Suadi arabia, (Native in india) .. have certified CCNA and CCVP (Voice) , currently working in Alcatel network and getting some experience on Data level..

Kindly let me know how can i find good career in Alcatel , what certification i have to go through..? how can i do it. ? how to find job then.?.

in addition , let me know how to find jobs in other countries like france..etc..

You need to be trained & certified in the various products that Alcatel-Lucent provides as solutions to its clients: minimum ACFE but better be ACSE Certified.
Hottest products include:
Opentouch
OXE R10.1.1 & R11
8770
etc
At least basic knowledge of Linux & Windows, voice protocols, basic IP(advanced if you are interested in Data)
You will require ACTIS Training for making offers as well.

These are the guidelines to follow to become a voice expert.

Training is good on some aspects but no training will make you an expert. You need to brace a product and live with it. Make tests, labs and more tests even when no one asked for it. Once you become an expert you will begin to advise others and then you will be able to apply to customers or other partners. If you are really good then they will call you.

Just can't. You must be a BP employee or ALU directly. Even with the last one I heard they are not getting certified anymore...
