Hello every body,

In admin OFS interface we can configure a printer. How this feature works, witch protocol is used between OFS and a printer (T37/pop). In the Alcatel Documentation we have some informations, but it's not cealr about the communication between printer and OFS.

My goal when I received a fax is to forward it to this printer.

If anyone have some informations or documentations about that, I am interested in.

Hi. You need to setup the printer on the local Red Hat for the Fax server. The printer manufacture should have Linux drivers for this. Then you pinpoint the printer with a DNS name. So you need to put all the printers in the local DNS. When you have configured the printer in Red Hat, you can try to print a test page. Then it should work without any issue. BR Daniel
