Attendants overflow question

Hi guys i have a very simple question.
Context: public number X routed to AA (automated attendant) and then to attendant 1 all in entity 1, public number 2 routed to AA and then to attendant 2 all in entity 2
Then someone makes an incoming call to number X and in AA message dials an extension from entity 2, nobody answer this call so it overflow to attendant group. Question is to wich attendant group it will overflow? to entity of number X access or to entity of called set?
