Alcatel Unleashed

Hi,

Is there any beginners technical documentation anywhere? I'm familiar with IPT from Cisco & Avaya but don't even know the basics of Alcatel. I'm interested in the Enterprise, not office.

I'm really looking for a primer - terminology, architecture etc. The sort of stuff you probably learn on the first day of the administrator course.
