1 digital extension not being recorded

Hi guys,
Wondering if any of you has an idea, using DRLink and digital sets (4035) what could cause that a single set on its recordings doesn't has audio?

What Nice release do you use?
Did you tried to restart monitoring for this device?
In user COS recording is authorised?
Any 2011 incidents in incvisu? Common hardware or crystal?

Yes, COS is OK
No incidents that I can relate to this, Crystal HW

Sorry for the late reply.
Depending on Nice version there are different ways of restarting monitoring --> basically removing and adding again the extension in the monitored devices pool would do.
