Hi all

I have two dumb questions, i know they are dumb but i can`t find anything that solves on system doc...

1-. I configured a virtual extension with primary MLA keys that answer external calls (DID on translator). Also configured 2 IPT4068 extensions with secondary MLA keys with long ring to answer calls. The dumb issue that i can´t resolve is when a call arrives i have to off-hook and then press the dynamic key assigned to this call. The question is, how can i answer the call only off-hooking (without pressing dynamic key)?

2.- This is the dumbest one!! In same context, if i answer a call and then put it on hold pressing correspondant MLA key, then hang up (on hook) call on hold rings inmediately. Question is how can i achieve a delay ring for calls put on hold??

Apparently, they were not so dumb questions

For 1: does Take supervision at off hook work if configured on user side?
For 2: don't remember exactly but there are some general parameters to configure for MLA (check system doc if you have not already did that)

1- If i configure supervision at off-hook, all supervised extensions will be picked up same as MLA with off hook? I mean, this 4039 extensions supervise MLA (with secondary keys) and a lot of sets.
2- I`ve already checked but i wil check it again. I think this is a general config and not only for MLA.

I have the same issue.
I can't believe that one so basic functionality as put on hold a call ( with a specific time for return) , see it on a button and retrieve it was not implemented on OXE MLA phones.
Can anybody confirm there isn't any way to do that? If not, we must add at to "feature request" treat.
On almost all the PBX I know this is normal behavior.

But MLA is MLA and not the intendent use...
You can assign a MultiLine key and try if this do what you want

Cavagnaro, You cant use MultiLine keys because (in my case) calls have to ring in two digital sets parallel mode.

Marce11uy question 1 was solved configuring supervision at off hook on 4068 sets. Question 2 i "solved" configuring several park keys on both sets, the problem is when you park a call phone doesn't singalize it so you have to remember it.....
