Digits of Number Command Table add to Accouting ticket, how?

Hi Guys.
I have OXE Enterpise R8. I know ( I saw ) that it is possible to add to the Accounting Ticket some digits added to dialing number by NCTable.
Example of problem : subscriber dial 0 044xxxxx , ARS/NCT insert 81. Result number is send to operator - 0 81 044xxxxx,
and we should have in Accounting ticket data - 81 0 44xxxxx (first "0" is a prefix to PSTN- external call ).
How to do this?
( I searched in APLICATION / ACCOUNTING and another menus , but there was no such parameter to seemed e connected with this problem :/ ).
