Has anyone gotten a Polycom Soundstation 2 analogue conference phone to work on the Omni PCX Office? When I try to conference 2 parties it connects the 2 parties and drops from the Polycom leaving the others connected..

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I've got SoundStation Polycom analogue phones.
I can do conferences with 3 without problems, even with external callers or through VOIP.
Just the conferencel must be made from the Polycom phone. It cannot be forwarded by the operator, for example.

Try and change the flash time on the polycom the prescribed flash time is 100
we I changed ours to 300 on the polycom now it works fine and I had the exact same problem

I really appreciate this! Can you tell me where this is done.. The OXO is still a little new to me.

Hi I m new to Alcatel OXO.... i have connected it to analog port and i can receive incoming both from internal extensions and external no. but i cannot dial any no. internal or external...please help

Check it's category maybe. Weird. Plug a normal analog extension and test
