Notification alarm for 4760 server link fault

Hi,
My customer user AL-OXO R 8.1 pabx with 4760 call accounting software, He wants to generate notification for his extension to any problem for 4760 omini vista server PC.( Lan connectivity disconnection ). Have you any additional license for above requirement & how to programmers this facility?
