How to config network managment feature

Dear all,
I am using oxo 8.1 pabx with 4760 ominivista call accounting .
Some time my call accounting pc cut off ( lan connection disconnected) & tickets loaded my cpu buffer , at the time we need to create urgent alarm for my allocated user ( extension )
Please update me How to program above feature ?
