Hello to all, i've trying to configure a speed dial key to make a call to an external number. The steps for an external call are this:

5 + XXXXX + 0 + YYYYYYYYYY
account code prefix user account code main trunk group prefix desired external number

I have a main trunk group configured as 0.

On the 4039 set, i configure the programable key as :

Keytype: Call key / keyfunction: direct call / type: trunk group / phys.adrr/No: 0 (main trunk group)
Dialing : 5 XXXXX 0 YYYYYYY (without the spaces)

But when i push the key, i get the message "group 0 unaccesible"

Any help would be appreciated.
