CLIP on eZ32-2

Hello People, I have one issue, with the purpose to put in service the eZ32-2 boards on the Crystal hw with release R9.1, I had to upgrade the static and dynamic patch to i.1605 37 a. After I make it, these boards are getting in service without any problems, but the feature of CLIP are not working as the old board. I mean in the old board eZ32 the CLIP are working perfectly but with the new board not. The system has 200 licences of CLIP for analog extension.

Does anyone know something about it??

Whats your Problem can you discribe it.

The main problem is that we can't see the ID. Number on the Analog Set, but the card are working perfectly. The ID. Number only work with the Old eZ32 Board and not with the new(eZ32-2). The System has 358 licences CLIP on Z.

I have this issue on 10.0 release. I receive and install hotfix from ALU and solve my problem.

Thanks Prost, so the solution is to migrate from release 9.1 to R10.0, then we will contact to the manufacturer people.

You need to wait for the 9.1 patch with the correction or try to install a hotfix for 10.0.

There is also "OXE R9.1 Software - I1.605.39 static patch". You can try it.
