hunt group

hi
i need help
i have hunt group with overflow to another hunt group and another 2 hunt the same the total is 4 in a row and in the last one i have overflow to ghost z with an immediate forword
to external # whan i am dialling internal it works good but whan i am dailling external i get busy tone i have to say that it worked for a few weeks and than stop and i dont now why!!!!!
