Hello,

I installed an ICS R6.6.106.b connected to an OXE R10.0 Patch 45 and 51.
I created the local storage voicemail on ICS and external voicemail (No. 92004) on OXE as discribed in the course and the documentation. When calling the 92004 directly I can log in. Also TUI is working.

But if I use the voicemail button on 4035 or 4028 or calling a set forwarded to this number, I get a "cancel" tone, backtraces and the following incident.

IP Domain compression aka codec?
on the user VM and Associated is the 92004, right?

yes. I also checked the documentation several times. I have this problem with two different systems.

No, I ment VM logs, SIP logs, on OXE you won't see many info as the VM resides on the ICS machine
