Upgrading in differente Machines

Hi,
Is there anyway to export GCE configuration and data and import in another installation?
The scenario is:
I have two servers, one with GCE 1.0 installed and Windows 2008 Server, and another with Windows 2008 SERVER and SQL 2008.
I need to upgrade to GCE 1.1, and i will use Windows 2008 R2 Server as the OS, and SQL 2008 R2 as Database.
The client supplied two new and different servers, so I installed Windows 2008 R2 Server OS in both machines, and the SQL 2008 R2 and GCE 1.1.
The problem is how to gather all VisualIVR scripts, statistics data, and Service/Segment/GR/Users configuration since I did not install GCE 1.1 in the same machine to do the Upgrade.
Is there any way?
