IO2N - what can I do to stop CPU reset

I have a CPU5 step 3, with IO2N.
My IO2N is damaged and I do not need an IO2N board in my configuration anymore.

Without IO2N, CPU restarts at 30 seconds after initialization.

Of course I already deleted IO2N position from management Shelf > Board > 21

What can I do to stop cpu reset ?

I look forward for a response

Hi,

Reboot the OXE and stop the telephony by pressing CR key to stop the telephone application.
When you've got the prompt use the command : RUNTEL -DNOIO2
After that if you will not use anymore the IO2N boards delete the both IO2N boards and unplug them from the system.
BR,
