missed calls for internals and AA closing hours!

hi, i have an OXO release 8.2


1- I can view the list of external missed calls, but for the internal i can't activate, it's impossible? or not?
please, i wait for response. i have 30 ip phones (4018;4028)

2- another issue, how may i activate the AA in closing hours, how do i have to configure it, what i have to modificate besides loading the prompts? the time ranges, etc. It's only works at opening hours, i don't know if i have a wrong configuration somewhere that's made the automatic attendant work wrong.
