Hybrid link creation Problem

Hello Dears,
When I try to create Hybrid Link, to enable users to call pilot directory number, I get "Access Denied".
is there is a missing configuration to enable me to create a Hybrid Link.

Yes, it can be his problem. I did a test with CCD in lab, but I used free licenses during 30 days.

There is no license associated to CCD loopback hybrid link, only paramao value needs to be adjusted (this was debated several times - so search could have been your friend), either directly in PBx or in Actis (preferably in Actis in order to be ticked also in future upgrades). You can do that with cfgUpdate utility. A reboot or double bascul is needed.

how we check the in license?
how many we create hybrid link as well as abcf t2 link in oxe???
