Exeception in Coupler Software

Dear Sir,

i has alcatel 4400 Type Crystal version 6.0. Used NPARE connect to Public Digital ISDN.
and has problem message is " Exeception in coupler Software" after that message the NPRAE Card automatically reset.

Please help me...
