I added the new board. It is not in mao.

I did order only board.

board status is normal. but when config command enter, board coupler ID is no pcms code

is this normal or not ?

maybe this status concern with hardware.mao file.

so I configue two cabinet connected with INTOF board.

and carrier is only cabinet 2 not cabinet 3.

when I testing the calling , first, cabinet 2 INTIP resource full using, then cabinet 3 INTIP resource use.

this case is concern with nprae2 board ?

maybe I think NPARE2 board in cabinet 2, so first cabinet 2 INTIP board resource full use then cabinet 3 calling to go.

Is that right ?
