I have OXE with NOE endpoints, I want to try a test where the audio from the IP does not shuffle to direct IP. Can someone please tell me where I can disable direct IP-IP shuffle for endpoints.

Since R9.1 the option for disable/enable direct RTP is no more available. With that release you are using, this isn't possible.
