OXE sending BYE when it receives a reINVITE

Hi,
NOE---OXE----AvayaPBX-----Conference Server
When I make a call to my external conference server (which is connected to an Avaya PBX), the call succeeds, I enter a passcode to get into the conference, then the conference server sends a Reinvite which OXE responds with a 200OK but then sends a BYE immediately after. Could you have a look at the following motortrace please. I do see an error "Wed Jun 27 14:47:09 2012 [CIOCom::IsNoeOptionsMsg] Not in same domain FAILED => 10.10.9.111 node1" but not sure if it is relevant.
I had release OXE 9.1 installed and this was fine, I only just upgraded to R10.0 and now see this issue. My phone FW was also upgraded from NOE 4.20.71 to 4.31.80
