[resolution]call forwarding error

hi!!
I testing call forwarding. but call is release with below error
when I calling 0802001000 -> 0000 then 0000 was setting to 116
so 0802001000 -> 116 was connect but call didn't connected.
why transfer call can not connect ?

I changed the trunk groups -> Call diversion in ISDN + YES => NO
so I fixed the call forwarding.
