Extension cannot dial or Delete

Dear Sir,
We have Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise
standard installation last performed: 04-Jul-2002 22:20:49
R7.1-f5.401-23-b-sa-c7
Business identification: R7.1
Release:
DELIVERY f5.401
Patch identification: 23
Dynamic patch identification: b
Recently we upgraded to Release 10.0, After the upgrade we are not able to dial some extenion which configured in the Z30 which is connected to or Contact center Dialogic board.
The extensions are in one Hunt Group. But extensions are from different boards. What I mean to say it is not specific to one board.
So we identified some of the extensions and remove from the group and try to delete. But the System was not allowing us to delete.
So at the end we roll back to the old release. Because we have almost 25,000 calls in a day so we cannot affoard more down time.
Please need expert advice.
