Hi,all...
i need help regarding Web Presentations because when i try to make presentations its always shown IE cannot display webpage and then opening whiteboard tap.

Hi Cav,
additional information for the system i use :
MyTeamWork Version : 6.7 build 8.5.0.6014
Client OS : winxp sp3 with IE 8
i already restart the server and do presentation but still get same error . do you mean server alerts log?

Weird...no error at all...just white...can you access the VMWare machine normally? All processes on it running normally? No change at all? when does it stopped working?

yes,i can access into vmware machine and all the processes is running.
i also already uninstall JRE and flash player from client pc and install from the scratch but still get same error while during web presentation.

Vista!? Vista was never under the supported OS...I would try installing a Windows XP (never had issues with it) or a Windows 7 which is the last supported OS

Cav- I think that's a Win7 machine - ignore the "Vista" name on the tab. I get that too; it's just the name VM gives to the machine.
lamhotPS - I'm not too sure about IE8. I would try with an IE7 client first as this could be some restrictions on IE8. Go simple first and as presentation upload a Word doc and see how it goes.

Yes, i run the OS with Win7 pro sp1 and i don't know why the VM give the name into Vista. problem now solved. we have problem with our DNS server.

NB: Latest version of MYTW is support IE 8. and i already try using it.
