Trunk to trunk calls

Hi everyone,

sorry in advance for my dumb question.

I have an OXE which is connected to two different carriers, one through an E1 (TG 101) and another through a SIP trunk (TG102). I don´t have any problems on placing calls through both of them using an analog or IP extension. The problem is with a client which I have connected through an E1 trunk (TG 201). Where in the OXE do you configure which trunk to trunk calls can be placed and which don´t??

Thank you!

For trunk to trunk calls you have 2 key points:
1 - connection COS (in trunk or TG you can see "trunk COS", External sertvices/ trunk COS - you can find COS). Usualy trunk have connection COS 5 and transit disabled in COS/connection COS 5.
2 - DID transcoding. When you receive called number - you usually use DID translator rules (ext number --> int number). F.e. ext number 2104000 correspond internal number 4000.
If you want 2104001 send to some user via SIP trunk - you can use DID rule 2104001-->4001, create Speed Dial 4001 with call number what you want.

Well that is a simple task. You can download the documentation and check it there or search the forum.
