Update of Timos 5.0 R3

Please help.
In a 7705 SAR-M team that has the Timos 5.0 R1 running and the Fans speed are at "half speed".
Environment Information
Fan Information
# of on-board fans : 5
Status : up
Speed : half speed
At the time of update Timos 5.0 R3, The fans are on speed "off".
Environment Information
Fan Information
# of on-board fans : 5
Status : up
Speed : off
Why does this happen?, When updating the Timos.
