Hi!
There is a hunt group 3500, which consist of 2 extensions (3501 and 3502)
is it possible to make ONE CLI for outgoing internal calls for hunt group members
for example 3501 is calling to any extension (ex 3600) and 3600 sees it as 3500 not as 3501.
Thank you

May be - just create "tandem" - user 3500 main and 3501 secondary set instead of "hunt group".

Hi
I didn't remember what its behaviour on sets' displays, but did you try to manage the whole extensions in the group with the same name?

The same case here, I need that all hunt group extensions present the same caller id, it must be the hunt group dir. Is there another way instead of use secondary set function?

The solution for me:
Secret ID: the calls made by hunt group users doesn't show the caller id.
thanks Eliott

For external calls you can use specific Trunk Access prefix and NPD to send the hotline number for all calls made via this prefix.
