				auto call on lift

				Hi , i must set user for Lift Emergency call.
Lift's support ask me to configure a user that automatic call user 8114 when lift ( open the line , sorry for my tecnical English i'm italian 

 ).
Can you help me to find correct secting to do this?

				hi, there are 3 stages to do this,
1: set up a routing table say number 1
2: setup a tel facility catagory with direct routing set to immediate
3: in the user give them the tel fac catagory and enter the routing table you have configured in the routing table of the user.

				Why not put the user in Phone Features COS 31 and make the associated set to 8114.  Ring down circuit, so as soon as a switch hook is detected it will ring the associated set.
Maybe I am misunderstandng the question.

They need hotline feature --> Lift emergency button pushed --> off hook --> routing at of hook to predefined number.
