Sip trunk with remote extension

I am looking for a solution on a sip trunking with remote extensions.
Inbound Call (calling number = local number format without leading 0) -------> OXE R9.1 ---------> Sip Trunk to public operator (ISDN sip trunk) (to remote extension calling number in local format with a plus in front)
Is there a way either add the leading 0 or add the country code to be compatible with the national / international number format?
Simple calls are working, so npd should be ok. Entity number and country code is send from a local set making an outbound call to an external destination.
