IAP93 guest issue

I have just deployed a small wifi solution using IAP93 access points with not controller.
If i leave the network open i have no issue.
The customer has asked for the splash page to be switched on so they can govern who accesses the network.
I have created a number of users as "guest" within the network and allocated them passwords.
Once this has been applied the user then tries to gain internet access and is presented with the splash page.
The user enters the relevant name and password as well as accepting the the terms and conditions radio button, then presses ok.
The screen then states you will be re-directed in 3 seconds, and continues to count down. This elapses and continues to countdown and eventually times out.
In summary the Wifi network is working fine until i apply the splash control feature.
Any help would be grateful.
